Product Overview:HF-I Series high-frequency pure sine wave inverters apply to scenarios including recreational vehicles, outdoor off-grid power supply, security systems and emergency lighting, and are compatible with lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries. Designed with SPWM pure sine wave technology and a digital dual closed-loop control structure, the inverter features built-in surge suppression and electrical isolation. It delivers excellent resistance to load surges, high conversion efficiency and low standby power consumption. Users may customize output voltage, frequency and protection parameters, as well as activate energy-saving mode. Equipped with integrated USB charging port and RS485 communication port, the device allows viewing and editing operating parameters via its local LCD screen, remote control panel or PC software. It comes with a rotatable LCD display, physical buttons and fault indicator lamps, and multiple standard interfaces are integrated on the unit. A temperature-controlled variable-speed fan automatically starts and stops based on ambient temperature and load to cut operating noise. Comprehensive protection mechanisms are embedded to guard against reverse polarity, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, short circuit and overheating. Once a fault occurs, audible and visual reminders will activate together with a dedicated fault code displayed on screen. The inverter supports automatic recovery from faults such as overload, short circuit and overheating.

1. Product Positioning

HF-I Series High-Frequency Pure Sine Wave Inverters are developed for DC-to-AC power supply scenarios including RVs, outdoor off-grid power systems, security devices and emergency lighting. Compatible with lithium batteries and lead-acid batteries, they provide high-quality power output and match most household and vehicle-mounted AC loads.


2. Core Functions

Equipped with SPWM pure sine wave output technology and digital dual closed-loop control, the unit integrates surge current suppression to safeguard lithium battery BMS.
Electrical isolation is implemented between input and output terminals, granting strong anti-surge load capacity, high conversion efficiency and low standby power consumption.
It supports customized settings of output voltage, frequency and overvoltage/undervoltage protection thresholds, and allows activation of energy-saving mode.

Built with a USB charging port and RS485 communication port, the inverter enables users to check and adjust operating parameters through three methods: local LCD screen, remote control panel and PC software.


3. Chassis, Operation & Heat Dissipation

The device comes with a rotatable LCD display and physical function buttons, as well as dual-color indicator lights for power status and fault alerts. Unique fault codes will be shown on the display once faults occur.
A full set of standardized interfaces is integrated on the chassis, covering DC input, AC output, communication, remote control, external switch and USB interfaces.

Temperature-controlled variable-speed air cooling is adopted. Fans automatically start and stop based on internal device temperature and load power, realizing efficient heat dissipation while reducing operating noise.


4. Comprehensive Safety Protection

Multiple protective functions are embedded to guard against DC reverse polarity, input overvoltage/undervoltage, output overload, output short circuit and unit overheating.

When faults arise, the buzzer will sound and indicator lights flash. The inverter will automatically attempt self-recovery from overload and short-circuit faults; overheat protection will be automatically released after the unit cools down. Every fault type corresponds to an exclusive code for easy troubleshooting.
