1. Product Positioning
HF-BI Series inverters are high-frequency inverters exclusively designed for recreational vehicles, featuring a mains bypass function and compatibility with 12V RV control systems. They generate pure sine wave output to drive onboard loads including air conditioners, induction cooktops, microwave ovens and hair dryers, fully meeting daily AC power demands inside RVs.
2. Core Functions
- Pure sine wave output reduces operating noise of electrical appliances and delivers gentler power supply to connected equipment.
- Seamless mains bypass switching is supported. The unit draws power directly from municipal mains when grid power is available, and rapidly switches to battery inversion mode the moment mains power cuts off.
- Dual built-in fast charging ports (USB-A and Type-C) are provided on the unit.
Onboard DIP switches enable free adjustment of output voltage, frequency and energy-saving modes. With robust peak load capacity, the inverter works well with motor loads that generate startup surge current.
3. Unit Body, Interfaces & Control
The device is equipped with a digital display to show real-time battery voltage and output load status.
It features an integrated power button on the chassis and supports a standalone remote control panel. An RJ11 communication cable enables remote power on/off and real-time status checking.
The panel is marked with separate mains input and AC output ports. Dedicated DC positive/negative terminals, ground terminals and built-in fuses are installed on the rear side. Forced air cooling is adopted for heat dissipation.
4. Multi-Layer Safety Protection
Full-range protection mechanisms are integrated, covering battery overvoltage/undervoltage, output overload, short circuit, unit overheating and DC reverse polarity. When an abnormality occurs, red warning text pops up on the display alongside audible and visual alarms, and the output will be automatically disconnected. A built-in leakage protection module trips automatically in case of circuit leakage to eliminate electric shock risks.
